money as possible with our affiliate program.

But first, let me show you how to set everything up.

1. SETUP YOUR CLICKBANK ACCT:

Go to http://www.clickbank.com/ezsignup.html
and fill in their simple form.

On that form, you'll be asked to make up
a "nickname". This is just an ID or word
that is unique from all other users, so that
when you create your link, Clickbank knows
it's you.

You'll also need to select a password that
is easy to remember. The only time you
ever need this password is when you check
your sales stats.


2. PLACING OUR LINK ON YOUR PAGE:

You can link to us in two ways: by banner
or by text link.

(You'll make more money by using a text
link, but if this is not appropriate
for your site, you can use one of our
banners.)

Here's how you create a text link ------

First, change the "*****" in the line below to
your real Clickbank nickname.

By just copying and pasting that link on your website
(with your own nickname inserted where the asterisks
* are), all your visitors will be properly tracked and
you'll earn your 50% commission on all orders
they complete.

Here's how to create a banner link ------

First, change the "*****" in the line below to
your real Clickbank nickname.

Again, just copy and paste this link to your website
(making sure your insert your own Clickbank nickname

3. ACCESSING YOUR SALES STATS:

In order to check your statistics and how
much money is owed to you, you will need to
log onto Clickbank. The URL for this is:

http://clickbank.com/login.html

On this page, enter your Clickbank "nickname"
and your password. Then, click the "Login" 
button.

You'll be taken to your account page. 

Click the appropriate "pay period" and you'll
see all the sales generated by visitors from
your site, as well the amount of commissions
that you're due.

You receive 50% of all orders that your visitors
place on how-to-make-money.com.


4. HOW TO MAKE THE MOST MONEY:

Your income from commissions will depend on two
basic factors: how targeted your visitors are,
and how many of those visitors you send us.

Since every site is different, we don't have
much control over how targeted our visitors are.

But there are few simple things you can do to
maximize the number of visitors you send.

Instead of just providing a simple, default link
to our site, it is MUCH MORE EFFECTIVE to brag
about us a little. Here's what I mean.

You could put a link on your site that says...
"Click here for How-To-Make-Money.com".

You won't get many people to click that way!

Instead, try something like this:

We've found a new site called 
<a href="http://hop.clickbank.net/?*****/howtomm">
"How-To-Make-Money.com"</a> that you should take
a look at. They've compiled an ebook called
"1,000 Ways to Make Money", and it's a virtual
encyclopedia of new and unusual money-making 
schemes! Check it out!


That type of "editorial" endorsement works MUCH
better than simple "click here" links.

If you want, you can just copy and paste that
onto your own site. (Make sure you change the "*****"
part to your own Clickbank nickname.)

Lately, we've been able to convert over 3% of
our visitors to customers. That means each time
you convince someone to click our link, that's
more money for you. So the more aggressive
you are in getting people to click-through to us,
the more money you'll accumulate throughout
the day.
